Refund policy

Parts Return Processing:

1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the order. 
2. Request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number by emailing rma@aerialequipmentparts.com.
3. Pack up your item and include a copy of your original invoice inside the box.
4. Write the RMA # on the outside of the Box.
5. Send the item back to the AEP warehouse using the prepaid carrier of your choice.
6. Parts must be received within 14 days of issuing the RMA.

Restocking Fee:

1. All parts are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Parts with free shipping have a 20% restocking fee.
2. Original freight on the invoice will not be refunded. 

Parts Not Eligible For Return: 

1. Parts that are not in new condition or require clean up or rework.
2. Parts that are contaminated, improperly packaged, or damaged in shipment.
3. Parts with a limited shelf life, including but not limited to O-rings, seals, rubber hoses, hydraulic hoses, filters, and gaskets.
